Will the Clippers have what it takes to make the playoffs?

The Clippers just might be the team to watch once the NBA finally settles all the lockout problems. Though many people will look at them as the “other team in Los Angeles,” they are definitely a team to be reckoned with in the Pacific division. One of the main reasons that the team was able to sell Clippers tickets last season was because of the fact that Blake Griffin just might be the best thing for the NBA since LeBron James.

Why The Clippers Might Make The Playoffs Soon

The Pacific division has been a decent division in the past years and it has been tough for teams like the Warriors and the Clippers to make any news. Besides the Warriors lone playoff appearance in 2006 and Clippers in 2005, both teams have yet to make the playoffs again. Now that they have the power of Blake Griffin and guards Eric Gordon and Randy Foye, the team will have their best chance at making noise in the West. Though many basketball fans will say that the Blake Griffin show is definitely entertaining, there are many doubters as to whether or not they will make the playoffs.

Clippers Tickets Are Definitely Selling

If the NBA was all about selling tickets, than Clipper tickets might have a chance at being among the top sellers. This team has been able to put together a team that entertains, and the NBA has definitely been taking notice. As they travel from city to city, there has also been an increase in the fan fare from their road games. Fans from all over the country are interested to see what Blake Griffin has up his sleeves.

The Blake Griffin Show

The young power forward has been able to become a human highlight reel and people definitely want to witness this live. As the Los Angeles Lakers continue to get older, the league cannot help but notice that they are getting younger, more athletic, and at the same time getting better as a team. Though we cannot expect them to be winning any championship rings anytime soon, they are still winning their fair share of games.
